The website is operated by Synergy Financial Partners, referred to in these Terms as “Synergy,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry, requesting financing information, starting an application, uploading documents, requesting an investment consultation, or otherwise using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website.

You must not submit information belonging to another person unless you have lawful authority and any required consent to provide it.
6. Credit Reports and Verification
Using the website by itself does not automatically authorize Synergy to obtain your consumer credit report.
Where a credit report, background report, verification report, or other consumer report is required, Synergy or the applicable lender will obtain your authorization through a separate application, disclosure, certification, or consent process as required by law.

Certain fees may be nonrefundable once work has begun or a third party has been engaged, subject to applicable law and the applicable written agreement.
9. Appraisals, Inspections, and Reports
Appraisals, inspections, environmental reports, engineering reports, title reports, and similar services may be performed by independent third parties.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing:
- Synergy does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party reports
- A report prepared for a lender may not be intended for the borrower’s reliance
- Payment for a report does not necessarily make the borrower the client of the report provider
- A report may be subject to separate use restrictions
- A property value may change after the report date
- An appraisal does not guarantee loan approval
You should obtain independent professional advice regarding any property, environmental, engineering, construction, title, insurance, or valuation issue.

These may include:

12. Equipment and Technology Financing
Equipment, software, technology, and related financing may be provided by independent lenders or leasing companies.

You are responsible for reviewing all equipment-financing or lease documents before signing.
Synergy does not guarantee the performance, condition, merchantability, suitability, installation, maintenance, or technical functionality of equipment supplied by another party.

Nothing on the website constitutes:
- A public offering of securities
- A recommendation to purchase or sell a security
- Investment advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- A guarantee of investment performance
- A guarantee of income, distributions, dividends, liquidity, or return of capital
Any offer or sale of an investment interest will be made only through the applicable confidential private placement memorandum, subscription agreement, operating agreement, investor questionnaire, risk disclosures, and other governing documents.
Those documents will control over all website content.
Investment opportunities may be available only to verified accredited investors or other eligible investors. Investments may be illiquid, may be subject to transfer restrictions, and may result in partial or total loss of capital.

Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing calls or marketing text messages where separate consent is required by law.
Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and after any required consent has been obtained.
Consent to marketing is not a condition of obtaining financing or purchasing a service.
Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw marketing consent using the instructions included in the message.

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, disputes relating solely to the website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California.
